It’s easy! You don’t have to be athletic or go to the gym every day to get started with Capoeira.
During the classes, you will increase your stamina, agility and strength of the whole body. Thanks to this, you will be able to gradually master advanced elements such as acrobatics, as well as to combine individual elements into a coherent Capoeira game.
Regular training and self-determination will allow you to discover new energy and improve your spirit, which will definitely have a positive impact on your well-being.

READ THIS SHORT GUIDE AND GET WELL PREPARED FOR YOUR FIRST SESSION!
1. Take a comfortable outfit with you so that it does not restrict your movements during the training.
2. Being hydrated is essential, so don’t forget to bring a bottle of water with you.
3. Capoeira is practiced barefoot, but if you’d prefer to train in shoes, you are more than welcome to bring a pair of sports shoes, e.g. sneakers.
4. Don’t forget to bring a lot of humour and positive energy, but don’t worry – if you miss them on that day, we’ll definitely be able to work on that
